We would like to be known as a Fusion Restaurant, we aim to provide value for money through food produced using only fresh locally produced products.   Guy Segev our Head Chef  has worked at Michelin recognised establishments as second chef for over 10 years and has now branched out to create his own personal style.  We have both been in the industry for more than a decade and are passionate about people, service and high quality food.
